Meeting Your Remaining Costs

Your Financial Aid Award letter will detail the amount of financial aid that you will receive. Financial aid is disbursed in equal halves twice per year, at the start of each semester.  Thus, your award letter will show you the amount of aid you are due to receive per semester and the total amount for the award year.

Finalizing My Award

Finalizing your financial aid award is easy! Once Loyola University has received your , the Office of Financial Aid will calculate your estimated eligibility for the financial aid programs offered at the University. We will send you a Financial Aid Award Packet to your home address. You can also view your financial aid award online through 

Student Work Opportunities

Student Work Opportunities 

Working part-time while enrolled at Loyola is a great way to offset the cost of your education. The provides part-time employment as part of your financial aid package. Loyola will help place you in an appropriate on- or off-campus job to meet the hours awarded in your Financial Aid Award letter.

Loans

Student Loans

Loans allow you to spread the cost of education over time through scheduled repayments. All need-based financial aid awards at Loyola will include federal loans. You are not required to accept the loan portion of your financial aid package, but we cannot offer additional grant or scholarship assistance if you choose to decline your federal loans.
